Meet the Staff

Kurtis has served as the Executive Director of TNT since 2021 and has been involved with the ministry since 2015, previously serving as the Warwick District Coordinator. He is passionate about helping people experience a life-transforming relationship with Jesus Christ and equipping them to lead others toward Him.

Kurtis has been married to his wife, Faith, since 2016. Together they are raising their four boys, Moses, Boaz, Justus, and Levi in Lititz. Kurtis has been a lifelong resident of Lancaster County and deeply values serving the community he has always called home.

Alongside his work with TNT, Kurtis serves on several ministry boards, including The Warwick Hub and Warwick Released Time, and is also an elder at Lancaster Evangelical Free Church (LEFC).

When he is not serving in ministry, Kurtis enjoys spending time with family and friends, listening to podcasts, tending to his fish tanks and staying active.

Steve is a Lititz native and now lives in Akron with his wife Jess and daughter Brynlee. Steve graduated from Warwick High School and then attended Lancaster Bible College where he received a degree in youth ministry and a master’s in ministry leadership.

He has been serving in youth ministry since high school in various roles and joined TNT in the fall of 2021. Steve is passionate about leading and developing a youth ministry that disciples middle and high school students to become committed and active followers of Jesus who reflect His character and qualities.

He loves spending time with teenagers and seeing them take steps to know and love Jesus more and more. Steve also enjoys anything sports-related, especially football, being outdoors, and spending time with his family and friends.

I am the Ephrata District Coordinator for TNT. I have 4 wonderful children, Kyle (22), Taylor (19), Joshua (15), and Jace (12).  I have been married to my beautiful and patient wife, Holly, for 26 years. In my day I played many sports including baseball, basketball and volleyball. I enjoy watching most sports and I am a HUGE Eagles, Sixers, Phillies and Flyers fan. In my free time you can find me fishing or playing in the waves at the beach. 

I have spoken at several events since joining with TNT. I enjoy and have a heart in speaking about our true Identity as a believer in Christ. We as believers get caught up so quickly in religion or thinking we must do something to acquire Christ’s love and acceptance but in reality He just wants us. He has equipped us with everything we need and for every situation.   

Recently the Holy Spirit has been challenging me on cultivating a deeper relationship with our Heavenly Father and what that really looks like.  What things need to come out of our lives?  What things need to be dealt with and removed from our past?  Are we spending quality time with the Father? And how do we get and use the fruit that comes from that relationship? 

My goal is to allow the Holy Spirit to speak through me and to be submissive to the Authority of Jesus when teaching others. 

Malachi grew up in the Montgomery County area and attended Lancaster Bible College, where he graduated in 2024 with a degree in Intercultural Studies and Business as Mission. He began volunteering with TNT Youth Ministry in 2021 and started serving as the Hempfield District Coordinator in December 2024. In October 2025, he married his beloved wife, Sarah.

Malachi and Sarah are passionate about God’s heart for the nations and desire to see the least reached with the good news of the gospel. Malachi is passionate about teaching others to obey all that Jesus has commanded.

You can usually find Malachi making and roasting coffee, playing basketball, or going on adventures with his wife.

Jack has been serving in youth ministry since he graduated high school from Lititz Christian school. After several years of blue collared work, Jack found a passion for Jesus inside his ability to serve in youth ministry. Since that passion, Jack has been studying at Lancaster Bible College, serving as a volunteer at his home church, and seeking to empower every generation for the glory of Jesus Christ. When Jack is not serving, working, or studying, he can be found enjoying disc golf, basketball, soccer, playing board, card, or video games, or being with friends and family. Jack is a resident in Lititz and has spent most of his teen and adult life in Lititz.

Hi my name is Felicia Russo and I am so excited to be joining the TNT Youth Ministry team as the Communications and Elementary Coordinator! I praise the Lord for how He has faithfully guided me to this ministry and allowed me to take part in the work He is accomplishing here.

Scripture tells us to testify. Testify of what the Lord has done and is doing; that is my job! I get to tell the stories God is writing here in TNT Youth Ministry of His transformation, power and love in people’s lives. I am excited to bring joy and creativity to the team and work in our local schools to reach elementary aged children for Christ.

I currently reside in Manheim with my family, until I get married to my best friend Joshua Gloates in October 2026. He works as the Worship and Creative Arts Coordinator at Ephrata Community Church. We look forward to residing in the Ephrata area and serving this community together as a married couple. In my spare time, I love doing music with my fiancé and friends, getting coffee and thrifting.

My name is Lauren Timmins and I am the new Executive Assistant! I am excited to work alongside the mission and vision of TNT while supporting them behind the scenes to help things run smoothly. I am driven, I love discipleship, and empowering others to be able to do their work well. I am excited to bring these gifts God has given me to the TNT office!

I grew up in Georgia and moved to Lancaster in 2016 to be a part of One Life Gap Year Program and then went to Lancaster Bible College where I met my husband, Adam. We now have two sweet girls. There’s nothing better to me than being a mom and being given the opportunity to love and serve my family and shape their hearts to love the Lord.

When I am not chasing my girls around, you can find me baking bread, hosting fun parties for my friends, or driving to Georgia to visit my parents. Adam and I are heavily involved at Lancaster Evangelical Free Church and we love serving and pouring into our church body!
